Minor League baseball comes to Comcast SportsNet! The Tacoma Rainiers are in their 15th season as the Triple-A Affiliate of the Seattle Mariners and are in their 50th season of baseball at the home of the Rainiers, Cheney Stadium. Through the years, notable players that have stepped up to the plate in Tacoma are Hall of Fame pitcher Juan Marichal; American League Rookies of the Year Jose Canseco and Mark McGuire; as well as Jason Giambi, Scott Brosius, Alex Rodriguez and Ken Griffey Jr. among others. The Rainiers shared the PCL Championship title in 2001 and returned to the Championship Series in 2005.
